Meetings.
The Parish Council meets at Popham Village Hall alternate months. Parishioners may attend to observe the meeting but may not take part. The Chairman will ask for questions from parishioners before each meeting and he decides whether those questions are discussed or held over to the next meeting.

Draft minutes are published within seven days of each meeting and formally approved at the subsequent meeting. Agendas are posted about seven days before each meeting. Copies can be viewed by clicking on the links below.
